Rationale

Dr. Andrew Huberman believes that behavioral tools and nutrition form the foundation for mental and physical health. Supplements should only be used to support them.
Before taking supplements, consider cost. Ask yourself three questions: How is your sleep? How is your nutrition? What is your budget? Single-ingredient formulated supplements are more effective for specific needs.
If the budget is limited, focus on foundational nutrition, adaptogens, probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes. Athletic greens is an example of such a supplement.
